It’s a wonderful warts & all account of his drama filled life, from his days of growing up in a small New South Wales rural town to becoming a top Adelaide DJ.

My secondary school days were spent at Clarence High on Hobart’s Eastern Shore.
My Social Studies teacher, Mr Jim Menadue, told me that I would be digging ditches when I left school. I thought I’ll show him so I borrowed my father’s Trent Memory Course & put it into practice & in the following year I won the School Prize for Social Studies.

On more than one occasion, Radio Today has highlighted the lack of females as Content Directors.
Brad March recently named Sam Thompson, Irene Hulme & Donna Puechmarin as the only Content Directors to make his list of the Top 27 Most Influential Women in Radio.
In Australia, Stephanie Rittenberg (pictured below) worked in a number of key positions in both Austereo & DMG. However, she was overlooked for the top programming job at several stations.

Let’s start with television.
Why is it that ABC1, 2 & 3 are all doing kids programs weekday afternoons?
If you watch a kids program on ABC2, they say ABC2 is 4 kids. In the daylight hours, ABC2 is all kids programming. I thought ABC3 was the kids’ channel?
Why would you broadcast news (ABC 24) in high definition?
How would you position each of the channels?
