The hearing between Adobe Systems (and others), and Bill Caralis' Super Radio Network, will be heard in the Federal Court of New South Wales tomorrow (Tuesday 28 May).
The five applicants who have brought the case are Adobe Systems inc, Adobe Systems pty ltd, Microsoft Corporation, Microsoft pty ltd, and Microsoft Regional Sales.

A couple of weeks back, David Morrow, the long-time voice of Rugby League on ABC Radio, was stood down pending an investigation into alleged racist remarks made on the air.
Morrow was reportedly telling a joke prior to the St George Illawarra and Manly match, and was unaware that he was on the air.

The ABC investigation into the event has found him in breach of editorial policies and also their employee code of conduct.
They said Morrow will return from suspension but won't be calling NRL games straight away.

Ugly Phil resigned from his drive shift on Star 104.5 Central Coast late last year. Previous to that he did breakfast and nights at Triple M Sydney for 2 and a half years, worked at Nova Sydney, did drive in London and of course The Hot 30 Countdown in the 90s.
He is now making a return to Triple M, this time in Brisbane as part of their workday lineup.
Phil will be doing arvo's, 1pm - 4pm, from June 3.

In the last hour of Fitzy & Wippa's show this morning they showed what happens behind the scenes live on YouTube.
Wippa says: “I find it hard enough to concentrate for five minutes for the radio show, let alone an hour for the cameras which will make for interesting viewing”.
While Fitzy added: “I think Australia has seen enough naked Fitzy & Wippa, it’s about time we featured on YouTube with some clothes on”.

To celebrate Pricey's 30 years on 4TO, SCA's Craig Bruce wanted to share something he wrote last year after having lunch with the radio legend.
Steve Price is a treasure. If you don't know Pricey, he's the host of the 4TO breakfast show and has been the king of Townsville radio for the last 30 years. The audience love him like he's a member of their extended family.
He was recently voted one of the Top 10 Townsville icons.
He started in radio at 3DB back in the 70s and has the same level of passion and enthusiasm for the industry now as he did when he first started.

Jane Hastings, CEO of The Radio Network, is turning the heat up on her other stations after the revamp of Radio Hauraki.
In the recent NZ radio ratings Hauraki increased its audience, TRN say that it was directly at the expense of The Rock (run by MediaWorks).
Hastings says she has "told people here they need to be brave....They don't need to look like they're running to the finishing line with a tray of crystal glasses. Hauraki has shown us you can blow something up and rebuild it."
