Miley to headline first Australian iHeart Festival

This morning KIIS & Edge Sydney, Mix Melbourne, and 97.3 in Brisbane announced that the first iHeartRadio Australia Music Festival will be held in Sydney this October.

The lineup will be revealed in full over coming days; however already confirmed is an impressive list of artists;

Confirmed so far are: 

• Global superstar Miley Cyrus
• X-Factor judge, and LMFAO singer, Redfoo
• Adelaide boy-band rockers At Sunset
• Emerging Australian hip-hop artist Miracle
• and Sydney DJ's The Faders

The iHeartRadio Australia Music Festival will feature 6-hours of non-stop music and DJ sets, and there are further big names to be announced in the next few days on ARN.

Here was the announcement on Sunrise this morning:

"The iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, packed with adrenaline-pumping performances, is truly an event like no other. We’re really excited that we can bring this festival to Australia.”

The iHeartRadio Music Festival will be held at Allphones Arena in Sydney on Saturday 18 October.
