The Australian Radio Network has completed the acquisition of Perth’s 96FM, it’s now part of the KIIS Network from today.

ARN’s chief executive officer Ciaran Davis, said: “As I mentioned when the acquisition was announced in late December last year, we know the business well and look forward to working even closer with the team, having represented its national sales for six years.

“As agencies and advertisers attempt to cope with the ever increasing diversification, fragmentation and sophistication of media campaigns, the KIIS network proposition will provide the largest listener reach and easy to implement integrated solutions.

“ARN continues to deliver above market growth and we are confident that 96FM will deliver strong ratings and revenue growth like our other stations.”

The addition of 96FM gives ARN a five capital city offering, allowing them to build on their ambitions to dominant in the 25-54 market nationwide.
