Ross Wallman

Ross Wallman – is now on the Gold Coast anchoring SEA FM breakfast. He was previously breakfast co host at SCA’s 92.9 Perth. He’s a former host of The Bump, and is a regular on The Project.

Ross told us: “My role with Galey Ross and Charli is to be the anchor of the show- I am like the cox of the boat- only I never yell, I set up the mechanics, and I try to do a brilliant job (usually) of telling the time and weather, then Galey and Charli (expert talkers) just open their mouth and beauty comes out. Then I just enjoy the on air journey, loose myself in laugh and occasionally steer the guys back on topic when the occasional laughing fit ensues.  We have an absolute ball on and off the air together, we work hard but we also have a lot of fun and do our best to create content and have fun doing so. I’m incredibly lucky to be a part of one the best teams I’ve come across in my 9 years in radio. I do my job because I love it and so does everyone else here.”

Simon Takla

An AFTRS graduate, Simon is now Star FM Shepparton’s new breakfast anchor, co-hosting with Stacey June. Simon has experience presenting on SYN and on TV with Channel 31.
