4000 plus kids set for sugar high across WA

Staff Writer

RadioWest’s 2015 Easter Egg Treasure Hunt is landing in 9 markets at the same time tomorrow.

They are expecting 4000 kids to hop into action hunting down eggs, toys and more at locations far and wide across WA.  RadioWest will be live on Wednesday crossing to each one of the events over the course of the arvo.

“It’s great that something which started as a small community event has grown into such a massive day for us”, Tactics Team Leader Chris Kessell said.

“Every year we have more kids coming down to participate, which just goes to show that it’s something our local listeners want to be a part of, year in and year out.”

The kids will start hunting around 3:30pm with parents checking in their sanity not long after as the sugar kicks in. RadioWest’s Easter Egg Treasure Hunts locations include Albany, Bunbury, Busselton, Esperance, Kalgoorlie, Katanning, Merredin, Narrogin and Northam.
