Monique Denahy Murdered in the US

Former 3GL and 3UZ announcer Monique Denahy has been killed in Florida. Reports say that Monique was killed by her abusive partner in an apparent murder suicide, after she told him she was leaving and returning to Australia where her daughter is a border at Geelong College.

A close friend and local Geelong Member of Parliament broke down in announcing the news ahead of White Ribbon Day last week.
