December 16, 4BU Bundaberg celebrates its 80thBirthday.

This Saturday they are holding an Open Day at their Studios 38 Crofton Street from 12 to 4pm. A long list of names have been through 4BU’s doors over the years and some of the staff like Paul Egan and Trevor Leutton were there for the 50th, 60th and 70th Celebrations.

General Manager Trish Mears said:“4BU “local legend” Trevor Leutton will be on air from 12 til 4 and listeners will have the chance to see Trevor “in action” in the 4BU Studio”

“We will have lots of memorabilia on display  (and) we’re inviting staff who have worked at 4BU to come along to the Open Day and a special function afterwards”

“You might even get to hear some familiar voices on 4BU’s Jukebox Saturday night!”.
