Look what Popped Up this morning….

While they officially launch Monday, Nova 100’s Chrissie, Sam & Browny, Melbourne’s newest breakfast show popped up this morning. Take a listen to their first break.

Chrissie Swan, Sam Pang and Jonathan Brown have been in the studio all week and decided to start early and do a ‘pop up’ show this morning, to give listeners a taste of what to expect in breakfast from Monday.

Chrissie Swan said, “I absolutely love the team and I’ve cried laughing every day which bodes well… but I’ve forgotten how diabolical the coffee situation is at 4.45am. Can someone please open a 24 hour cafe near Nova?”

Sam Pang said, “It’s so exciting to be working with Chrissie Swan and Jonathan Brown. I can’t wait to chat to Chrissie about AFL and to hear Browny’s hard hitting views on Taylor Swift’s latest song.”

Browny said, “It’s great to be back in Melbourne! Can’t wait, I’m especially looking forward to the green smoothies Chrissie makes us every morning.”

Rohan Brown, Nova 100 Program Director said, “We couldn’t be happier with the demos and todays ‘pop up’ show. The team already have great chemistry and can’t wait to deliver a show that lives and breathes Melbourne every day.”

Chrissie, Sam & Browny officially launches on Nova 100 on Monday 18 January. And Monday Radio Today will chat to Nova 100 PD Rohan Brown about the show, how it came together and what they have planned for 2016..
