Radio Millionaires in BRW Rich List

So there is some money in Radio? Business Review Weekly has just released its Rich List for 2016 and three make it, who also happen to have radio stations in their list of assets.

Among the top media players on the 2016 BRW Rich 200:

Kerry Stokes at #25 holds individual wealth of $1.71 billion. While Seven is his main play, Stokes’ company Seven West Media owns the Spirit Radio Network in West Australia.

Win TV’s Bruce Gordon is at #54 in the BRW Rich list, a  tidy fortune of $990 million. i98 in Wollongong and C91.3 Campbelltown are his radio investments.

And topping out the media players is Macquarie Radio Network’s John Singleton – a personal wealth of $416 million and #155 on the BRW Rich List.
