Survey #1: Maryborough

Rating for Maryborough in Queensland are out.

It is SCA’s 101.9 SEA FM and MIX 103.5’s first survey since 1999. 

“Maryborough today joins 23 other regional markets that have participated in the regional surveys.  Feedback from stations Australia-wide has been extremely positive,” said Joan Warner, CEO of  Commercial Radio Australia. 

The survey was conducted by Xtra Insights

Summary Snapshot:

• SEA FM Leads the 10 plus race with 34.8% of Station Listened to Most for the market.
• MIX FM second with a 23.8% slice
• And ABC Local 15.5%
• SEA owns under 39’s and MIX over 40’s and beyond.
• SEA dominance starts in Breakfast an continues across the day. Mix is second in the space and again we see the trend of the ABC owning Nights.
