TRSN to handle national sales representation for 3MP

Staff Writer

The Mornington Peninsula’s 3MP has appointed The Radio Sales Network (TRSN) to look after its national sales representation.

3MP was purchased by ACE Radio in July last year, while TRSN is a subsidiary of Grant Broadcasters, and provides access to 120 stations across 68 regional markets.

Since its acquisition, 3MP has relaunched its ‘easy music’ format.

Mark Taylor, CEO of ACE Radio, explained the appointment.

“TRSN have been a tremendous partner of ours for the last four years and have delivered significant revenue growth across our 17 other regional radio stations. So, we are very excited about the TRSN team looking after 3MP for national clients and media agencies,” he said.

Jeremy Simpson, TRSN’s group general manager of national sales, added: “We love working with the ACE guys and we are thrilled that Mark has the confidence in TRSN to handle 3MP. We represent over 120+ regional radio stations and 3MP’s local focus on the Mornington Peninsula fits our portfolio perfectly.”

That’s almost a network of both regional and metro. Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
