ACE RADIO: Content Management Restructure
With Mark Taylor taking the reigns as ACE Radio CEO, they have announced a restructure to bring all the content management team under the one umbrella, aimed at: “Future proofing” the network against changes to media consumption and technology.
Grant Johnstone will take on the newly created role of ACE Radio Head of Content, responsible for all radio & digital content, marketing and promotions for ACE Radio. Grant has been with the group since 1994 and has nearly 30 years experience in the industry, most of this time involved in programming. For the past ten years Grant has been overseeing the growth and development of ACE Radio’s Digital assets. He will also continue his current role as General Manager of ACE Radio’s Gippsland based TRFM & GOLD 1242
CEO Mark Taylor said: “On behalf of the ACE Radio Board of Directors I would like to congratulate Grant and his content team on their new roles during what will be exciting times ahead.”
To support Grant in his expanded role ACE Radio has also announced the following additional role and title changes:
Mat Cummins has been promoted to Group Content Director – Radio.
Jon Vertigan will work closely with Mat as Assistant Group Content Director – Radio.
Ant Middlemiss will become Group Content Director – Digital, and will continue to oversee all digital content and corporate image.
Lauren Buckley, as Group Promotions Director, will work with Grant on group promotional tactics, compliance and implementation.
