AFTRS announces Virtual Postgraduate Information Week

The Australian Film, Television & Radio School’s 2020 Postgraduate Information Week will take place online in order to maintain social distancing measures.

The week of sessions is designed to show off what AFTRS has to offer for students considering further studies at Australia’s national screen and broadcast school.

Kicking off on Monday, July 6 and running through to July 11, the Postgraduate Info Week will include online sessions about the 10 disciplines of the AFTRS Master of Arts Screen.

Those are Directing, Screenwriting, Cinematography, Sound, Editing, Music, Producing, Production Design, Animation and Documentary.

There will also be info sessions about the Master of Arts Screen: Business and Leadership and the Graduate Diploma in Radio.

The AFTRS Postgraduate program is designed to accelerate the careers of the next generation of visionary screen and broadcast storytellers, empowering them to work at the highest level of the screen and radio industries.

Pariya Taherzadeh, a multi New York Festival World Radio Award winner and podcast producer, will be one of the alumna joining to talk about her recent experience studying with AFTRS.
