Amber Wheatland settles into her new home on Triple M Bundy

After helping the Hit99.5 Sunraysia’s Breakfast team clock 1000 shows, presenter Amber Wheatland has successfully made the leap to the sunshine state on Triple M‘s Bundy Breakfast.

Amber nailed her first morning on-air yesterday, chatting about a local story concerning a man who chased a bearded dragon into quicksand, her initiation to become a real Queenslander and how her first program went down.

“It was a 9.5,” said Amber told co-host Nik Stuart.

“Tomorrow it will be a 10.”

The Bundaberg station has only carried the Triple M name since February this year when it was rebranded from 93.1 SEA FM.
