The first stage of APN’s brand restructure was completed today with the company officially changing its name to HT&E – Here, There & Everywhere.

Shareholders backed the decision to rebrand APN at the company’s Annual General Meeting and is set to rollout the changes over the coming weeks.

HT&E marks a more strategic and integrated collaboration across its businesses of Adshel, Conversant Media, Emotive and Australian Radio Network (ARN), which includes Pure Gold, KIIS Network, The Edge and iHeartRadio brands.

CEO & managing director Ciaran Davis clarified the decision to rebrand, claiming it encapsulates a better proposition for audiences, advertisers and shareholders.

“HT&E represents our new direction, as we move from being a holder of media assets, to a tier-one media business, uniquely placed in the media market,” he said.

“This is the first time that a media company in Australia will bring together the critical “away from home” channels of radio, outdoor and digital – enabling advertisers to better engage, influence and drive audience behaviour as we connect and interact with them, wherever they are.”
