Battle of the #libspill raps: Hit Goulburn Valley & Power FM Hunter Valley

Staff Writer

It’s a crazy time in Australian politics right now and it seems as though Hit Goldburn Valley and 98.1 Power FM both thought the best way to communicate the complicated situation was through the power of rap.

Hit Breakfast presenter Elly aka E Chayne delivered the rap-pop hybrid from here on out known as “These Bros Ain’t Loyal” with backup from hype man, co-host and recent NOVA transplant Josiah.

Over in the Hunter Valley, Power FM’s Workday trooper Archie went solo and took more of an acoustic route for his rap, choosing to spit rhymes over Ed Sheeran‘s ‘Galway Girl’.

Both get in some good hits against Turnbull, Dutton, Sco-Mo and our countries inability to keep a Prime Minister for a full term but who did it better? Let us know what you think in the comments.
