Bruno Bouchet revealed as Kyle Sandilands’ new manager

Former Assistant Editor

Former Kyle & Jackie O executive producer Bruno Bouchet has secured a new gig as the manager of KIIS FM jock Kyle Sandilands.

In addition, Bouchet is now the managing director of Sandilands’ company King Kyle Pty Ltd.

The change sees Kyle’s former manager Andrew Hawkins freed up to concentrate on the US operations of the business.

“I’ve spent the best part of a decade working with someone who’s the best at what he does and of course I jumped at the opportunity to take that to the next level,” Bruno told Radio Today.

“Not to age anyone, but I vividly remember listening to Kyle in my bedroom as a pimply teenager, now – as a 33-year-old with a dad bod it’s pretty cool I can play a role in his continued success.”

Bruno departed KIIS FM at the end of 2018, declaring his intention to spend more time with family.

With the announcement of the news, Kyle said he decided that Bruno was “too good to throw away” following his departure from KIIS last year.

“Normally with former staff I have the same regard for them as used toilet paper, but in Bruno’s case he was too good to throw away,” he said.

“With Bruno running things for me in Australia, Andrew Hawkins will continue to represent my interests on the H2coco board and running the music company in Los Angeles.

Tegan Kynaston will continue her incredible job as director of communications. With such a strong team, I’ll now be able to spend more time concentrating on watching Foxtel”

Bruno’s wife Laura Bouchet also recently left ARN, for a new job as EP on Triple M Sydney’s new Breakfast show Moonman In The Morning.
