Carrie Bickmore recently celebrated 10 years of The Project, and while she didn’t win a Logie this year, the Hit Network presenter was recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.

On the latest episode of the pod, Carrie chats about getting her start in radio doing work experience at SAFM.

She tracks her career progression from her first on-air gig as a a fill-in newsreader at 92.9FM in Perth.

From there, Carrie reveals when she knew that radio was a career for her, her move to Nova 100, doing Drive with Andy Ross, and being sacked after their show went to #1.
