Chrissie Swan reveals ‘dream job’
If television producers behind the upcoming Big Brother reboot are looking for a new host, they needn’t look any further. Nova 100 breakfast personality Chrissie Swan wants the gig.
TV insider Rob McKnight, while talking to the Chrissie, Sam & Browny show on Tuesday (Oct 8), suggested that Swan would be the perfect host of a Big Brother revival.
“I would love it, that would be my dream job, truly I would love it,” confirmed Swan. “I’ve always said I would do that, Big Brother, come on.”
McKnight also said his sources believe Gretel Killeen will not return as the show’s host. “My sources have been telling me that’s not going to happen,” he said.
With filming looking more likely to take place in a purpose-built studio in Melbourne, and not in the previous Gold Coast compound, Sawn could be a real contender.
A former Big Brother contestant herself, Swan has a national profile after stints on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!, Can of Worms, The Great Australian Spelling Bee and Long Lost Family.
