Coles Radio continues to dominate in DAB+ Survey #4

Coles Radio continues to dominate the DAB+ Digital Ratings, clocking the most listeners nationally in the fourth GFK metro ratings survey of 2019.

The Nova-run station fell slightly overall, clocking 245,000 nationally (-9,000) but still finished #1.

Double J was again in second nationally, finishing the survey period with 219,000 cume listeners (-2,000).

Breaking down the individual markets, ABC’s Double J (79,000) edged out Coles (75,000) in Sydney.

Coles Radio managed to retain top spot in Brisbane (49,000) and Melbourne (76,000).

In Adelaide, ARN’s The 90s iHeartRadio finished first past the post with 21,000 listeners, 2K ahead of stablemate The 80s and Coles.

While Perth’s #1 DAB+ Digital station is Nova’s smooth digital.

Radio Today caught up with Coles Radio programmer Sarah Fletcher after Survey #3 when the station reached the highest ratings by any DAB+ station since surveys began.
