Dynamic Duos: Triple M’s Tom & Olly on content, ratings and winning over middle-aged men

Tom Bainbridge and Oliver Morris started out in radio at Australian youth-run media organisation SYN Media.

They joined Southern Cross Austereo in 2015, working for Hit104.9 The Border (previously Star FM) in Albury-Wodonga.

Tom and Olly have hosted the National Night show on Triple M since January 2017, broadcasting into Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide from Monday to Wednesday.

The pair recently featured on a list put together by Radio Today recently, shining the spotlight on up-and-coming duos in radio.

We caught up with the boys to chat everything from how the Triple M audience adjusted to them, to why they want their content to reflect their own beliefs, and what the future holds for Tom and Olly.
