The 2018 ski season kicked off over the weekend, and with it came the announcement that Fox FM‘s partnership with Mt Buller has been renewed.

The existing partnership between SCA‘s Fox and Victoria’s premier ski resort has been extended for another three years.

As a result, Melbourne can continue to tune in to the likes of #1 Breakfast show Fifi, Fev and Byron and #1 Drive show Hughesy and Kate whilst up on the hill.

The famous FOX Chairlift and the live FOX Cam will return on the Shakey Knees run.

“Mt Buller is Melbourne’s favourite weekend winter wonderland,” said SCA Melbourne general manager Dave Cameron.

“SCA Melbourne is excited to extend our exclusive partnership with the mountain for another 3 years.

“Our listeners will continue to see and hear their favourite station The FOX all over the mountain all winter long, with The FOX Chairlift returning to take our listeners sky high.”

Fox branding will also feature on map branding, broshures, websites, on daily ski reports and videos, and joint promotions are set to occur across the season.

“Buller Ski Lifts looks forward to three more years of fun on the slopes and over the airwaves with FOX,” added GM of Buller Ski Lifts Laurie Blampied.

“It’s a true partnership with plenty of shared values. By working together, we mix good times with great music and make winter a whole lot more fun.

“The FOX crew are part of the family up here on Mt Buller and it’s the soundtrack to the winter on the slopes. This partnership is a great way for us to share the mountain vibe with listeners in Melbourne through snow reports and presenters capturing the fun on the slopes live on air.”

Fox FM will once again be live streamed across the Buller ski area, while several of the station’s personalities will broadcast live on location at various points in the season.
