Fresh 92.7’s CD Joins SCA as EP

Tom Martin the CD of Adelaide community station Fresh 92.7, has landed the Breakfast EP’s gig for Heidi, Will and Woody at hit929 Perth.

 “This is an enormous opportunity for Tom who will be put on a development path for the Southern Cross Austereo network. A much deserved reward as a result of his… hard work at Fresh 92.7 for two years and nine months”,said Fresh 92.7 GM Troy Sincock.

In his time with the station Tom has put together a number of new programming initiatives that have not only secured additional funding for the community station but introduced more volunteers and opportunities for members to gain employment in the industry long term.

Of his time at Fresh 92.7 ‘Kiwi’ Tom said, “Fresh has been the most fantastic experience of my radio career to date. It’s been a brilliant combination of educational, positive, frustrating, hilarious, innovative, tiring, fulfilling, difficult, and always fun. My time here in Adelaide wouldn’t have been half as enjoyable and interesting without all of the people that play a part in Fresh 92.7. There’s certainly no way the station would be in the position that it’s currently in, without everyone’s contribution and attitude and I want to thank-you personally for trusting me and working with me to make Fresh what it is. I can’t wait to watch your respective careers continue to bloom from afar, and I wish everyone the very best.”
