Grant Broadcasters: Executive Director & Company Restructure

Grant Broadcasters, the family owned network is positioned in key regional markets around the country and they have announced a change in the structure of the Executive Directors.

Grants have grown from radio and over the years they have expanded into online digital platforms, publishing and agency services. The Executive Directors and new structure “will allow for more streamlining and greater efficiencies for the whole business along with a more focussed approach to the different types of businesses within the Group.”

The Media Group, that includes their Radio Station brands like Power,  Magic, Kix,  Krock and Hot to name a few, their Websites, Publishing and Agency Services will now have Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer structure.  Both the CEO and COO will work together to ensure smooth operations and outcomes for those assets and brands for the group across the country.

Grants new group, Property & Investments, will formalise the investments, assets and operations outside of Media into its own entity with its own CEO.

From March 1, the new Executive positions are:

• Dugald Cameron – CEO Grant Broadcasters Property and Investments
• Grant Cameron – CEO Grant Broadcasters Media
• Alison Cameron – COO Grant Broadcasters Media

Janet Cameron will remain as Chairman of the group, Grant Broadcasters Pty Ltd. while Dugald, Grant and Alison Cameron will also continue as Directors.
