Hit92.9 introduce sport correspondents for 2018

Perth’s hit92.9 has introduced its sport correspondents for the year – who’ll be giving listeners an insight into local sports teams.

Perth Wildcats captain aka. ‘The Prince of Perth’ Damian Martin returns to to station to provide all the Basketball insight.

He’ll be joined by West Coast Eagles player Jeremy McGovern, as well as Verity Charles from the West Coast Fever, and also Sonny Walters of the Fremantle Dockers.

Walters joined Heidi, Xavier and Ryan this morning on Breakfast to get to know the team and answer some quickfire questions.

He spoke about his 15 tattoos including one with his daughter’s name on it, and about how he grew up with rival AFL player Nic Naitanui.
