Hit92.9 launch wellness sessions on Instagram to keep Perth smiling

Hit92.9 has teamed up with some well-known faces to launch Iso Class Live.

Broadcast on Instagram, the series of dynamic and exclusive classes, keeping the Perth community healthy and happy during this tough time.

Hit92.9’s Instagram will be taken over daily by famous faces, including Married at First Sight’s Seb Guilhaus, Bachelor in Paradise’s Luke McLeod and Daniel Ricciardo’s coach, Michael Italiano.

Each of the instructors will bring their own special mix of energy and expertise, making for a varied timetable that will get people moving their bods or finding their zen.

This week’s timetable offers a meditation Class with McLeod today, a bodyweight workout with Italiano on Thursday and yoga session with Byrne on Friday.

Each of the Iso Class masters is “stoked to do their bit to help the community out”, with McLeod saying he hopes to help people find some stillness with his meditation.
