Jane Kennedy: “Have we gone mad that we can’t make jokes that fly a little close to the edge?”

Jane Kennedy is the subject of the latest episode of Stephen Brook‘s weekly podcast Behind The Media.

On the pod, Brook has spoken with Australian media personalities including Julian Morrow, Amanda Keller, Mia Freedman and Andrew Bolt, about the state of the industry and their own careers.

During the chat, Kennedy, who this year formed a new national Drive team on Triple M with Mick Molloy, talks about everything from her role on the cult ABC comedy classic Frontline, the #MeToo movement and her experience finding her husband Rob Sitch in the workplace and pay parity with co-host Molloy.

She also spoke about the state of the media, and asked “Have we gone mad that we can’t make jokes that fly a little close to the edge?”
