Agency Sales Manager – 10 Month Max Term

We are looking for an Agency Sales Manager to join the Melbourne Independent Agency Sales Team.
About the Role
Working in a dynamic sales environment, you’ll be leading a successful team working across a dedicated agency group portfolio and be accountable for budget attainment and the management and growth of an extensive existing client base.
This managerial role requires the ability to drive commercial success across NOVA Entertainment’s wide range of media assets including audio (broadcast, streaming, podcast) digital and experiential. You will need to devise strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets, lead the coaching and development of the team to extract the best out of each team member and ensure desired results are delivered.

You will need the ability to network, build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities and provide innovative advertising solutions designed to grow our clients business.
