You’re the kind of person that’s in their element when faced with a challenge. You’re creative, but not necessarily in the predictable sense. You often see solutions where others see problems and importantly, you’re passionate about taking the action to address them.

You likely set trends; you don’t follow them. You’re the group lead and self-appointed project manager in all social events. You can do hard things…but you’re passionate about doing great things and looking for a job that can make that possible.

You like people. People like you. You know you won’t always have all the answers, but you’re proactive and influential in finding and mobilising the people that do.

Communication is a strong suit of yours –you have a way with words and your screen time is consistently up on last weeks’. From fashion, to food, wine to design – you know what’s good. When it comes to content worth consuming, in your community – you’re considered a taste maker.

Mostly, you know great ideas when you see them and you want to be central to making them happen.

In our team, no two days will be the same. In a nutshell, it’s your job to lead the pack with the kind of campaigns that make NOVA the entertainment partner of choice. That includes responsibilities like:

– Interpreting client briefs to design innovative media campaigns that meet the challenge
– Determine the path from brief to pitch, influencing and motivating others as you go
– Collaborate with all areas of the business from broadcast shows to podcast creators to sales teams, digital gurus and beyond
– Develop and champion strategically sound and compelling pitches for client presentations

We’d put your talents to work on anything from pitching your idea to a client, leading a creative brainstorm, writing a storyboard or even negotiating our latest in-show partnership, just to name a few (actual) examples.

This is an intermediate to mid-level position in a high performing and fast paced national team, so is ripe for someone who has been in integrated media solutions for 3-5 years, who stays calm under pressure, and takes a heap of pride in their work.
