We are currently seeking a Client Implementation Director based in our Sydney office to lead the Client Implementation team (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to flawlessly implement and execute client integrated campaigns in order to deliver revenue targets, develop long term client partnerships and drive ratings.

This is a 12 month maternity leave cover with the potential for ongoing employment.

Some key responsibilities include:
On Ground Leadership for the Client Implementation Team.
Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients & suppliers to support exceptional campaign delivery.
Oversee Activation direction and ensure legal, compliance and insurance requirements are always met.
Follow, review, and implement process and protocols to ensure best practice.
Consistent tracking and reporting on workload and priorities.
Commitment to providing exceptional service to client, internal customers, and support to staff members.
Drive and support the development of an effective and high performing team with high levels of team morale setting, performance goals and coaching them to achieve outstanding results. Including conducting annual performance appraisals, weekly team WIPs and individual meetings where required.

The successful candidate will have;
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar environment – radio, TV, audio or media promotions.
Proven experience in creation and delivery of cross platform integrated campaigns.
A minimum of 12 months management and leadership experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, influencing and conflict resolution skills.
