Customer Services – Traffic Support

An exciting opportunity exists to join the RCS Australia Support Team. We are looking for a customer driven legend to service our ever-increasing number of Aquira traffic clients. This full-time role will utilise your communication and customer service skills to effectively provide support for our clients.
If you have the enthusiasm to learn and a desire to support our clients, then you are the person we are looking for.
You will have previous experience or a genuine interest in radio with knowledge of the Traffic Department preferred. You will have an interest in computer software along with previous experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Operating Systems. Prior familiarity with traffic software is a distinct advantage.
The position is located in Sydney with some national travel.
