Jonesy reveals stitch-up surprise for Amanda’s birthday

WSFM‘s Amanda Keller celebrated her birthday on Tuesday, and there were a stack of surprises in store.

Breakfast co-host Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones revealed that he’d lined up a series of high profile callers to wish Keller a happy birthday.

Despite receiving calls from George Clooney, Keanu Reevens and Bradley Cooper, Keller seemed disappointed. Possibly because none of them were real.

“You seem disappointed,” said Jonesy. “What about if I told you this, if I had your hero: style icon… India Hicks on the line.”

“Is it? No… it is!” said Keller, realising that Hicks was indeed on the line. “I’m having a hot flush!”

On top of all Jonesy’s shenanigans, the team at WSFM did go down the more conventional route of giving Keller a birthday cake as well.
