Jorgia Pisani becomes senior producer on Mix94.5’s Pete, Matt & Kymba

The Hit Network’s newest station, Mix94.5, has a new senior producer, Jorgia Pisani.

Pisani has a long history with the station, having been Junior Footy Tipper of the Year back in 2005 when she was just seven years old.

More recently, she was the solo producer of Hit WA’s state-wide Breakfast show, Allan & Michelle.

She now joins the Pete, Matt & Kymba Breakfast show fronted by Pete Curulli, Matt Dytynski and Kymba Cahill, while Kally Borg is on parental leave. She will report to the show’s EP Janine Chatfield.

Pisani said the role was a dream come true.

“I’ve always dreamt of working on Mix, literally since I was a little girl,” she said. “It’s great to finally have that opportunity and make my mark on what’s an awesome show.”

Mix94.5 content director, Erica McGee, added: “It’s pretty incredible to see the little girl I used to get on the phone for her ‘Jorgia the Footy Tipper’ segments, now an accomplished, creative and incredibly hard-working producer – who is so ready to take the next step in her career.”

The Hit WA producer role for Allan & Michelle will be filled by Tia Ucich who was most recently the EP of KIIS’ syndicated Drive show Will & Woody, before making the move back west.
