Nine Radio’s Tokyo Olympics podcast returns

Nine Radio’s Tokyo 2020 Olympics podcast, is back for a second season.

Ready Set Tokyo is hosted by 3AW’s Shane McInnes and 2GB’s Natalie Peters, with season one launching in 2019 and previewing the buildup to this year’s Olympic games.

2GB news director McInnes and 3AW broadcaster Peters have both previously covered the 2012 London Olympics and the 2016 Olympics in Rio di Janeiro.

McInnes has also covered the Sochi and Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, while McInnes has covered the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and on the Gold Coast.

The hosts will also chat to he movers and shakers within the Olympic bubble, while also covering a diverse range of discussion topics around various Olympic themes.

The jam-packed second season is set to deliver a stack of interviews, as well as news, expert opinions, including guests such as John Coates, Kieren Perkins, Kevan Gosper, Andrew Gaze, Sally Pearson and Steve Hooker.
