Nova Perth’s Gary Roberts Hospitalised

Perth, and Australian, Radio Legend Gary Roberts, Nova 93.7 Managing Director is back in hospital.

It’s Gary’s second run into hospital in recent weeks. He was recovering at home from back surgery and took a fall knocking his head. From all reports Gary is showing positive signs of recovery and is being looked after by a specialist team in hospital.

Nova Entertainment has released a statement, which in part said:

“Gary is a very well-known, highly regarded, popular media identity in Perth and his wife Wendy and family sincerely thank everyone for their well wishes, however they have requested that his privacy be respected whilst he is recovering in hospital.”

While Gary is away, Nova 93.7 will be led by Program Director Daniel Underhill, Sales Director Jamie Martinovich and Laura Finney who is Nova 93.7’s Financial Controller.
