Coronavirus podcasts are so hot right now.

Now two stars from inside Australian Radio Network will front a new pod, providing informative and entertaining advice on how to navigate family life and keep kids sane during isolation.

Presented by 97.3 FM breakfast co-host Robin Bailey and newsreader Monique Dews, Keeping Up With Corona features family-related corona news, discussions and listener experiences.

“Many people will be feeling out of control during these uncertain times, and we’ll be sharing tips and tools, based on our experiences,” said Bailey.

“Monique and I will also offer advice on beating the boredom during lock-down, which will be invaluable to any parent! We’re looking forward to sharing our journey with families.”

Dews told Radio Today this is a podcast she left “a burning desire” to make, “Working mums, in particular, need help wrangling daily life in so. And they desperately need a laugh.”

The podcast is available now through ARN’s iHeartPodcast Network Australia.

ARN’s commercial product and audio partnerships director, Corey Layton, said podcast consumption for coronavirus content has increased during the lockdown.

“The new Keeping Up With Corona podcast will provide a much-needed space to discuss the topics that matter to families during these uncertain times.”

ARN says every evergreen episode will update to feature the latest corona news, with upcoming episodes to feature Dr Justin Coulson, Natalie Peters and Dr Hannah Sassi.
