Sam Smith hears his new song on radio for the first time

British star Sam Smith is hanging out in New Zealand at the moment and was still there when his new song ‘Dancing With A Stranger’ dropped globally a few days ago.

Last night the good folks at ZM got word that Sam hadn’t yet heard his song spun on the radio, so they decided to give him a treat.

Smith captured the moment as he drove around.

“We’re going to make this dream happen for Sam right now, I hope you’re enjoying New Zealand!” said the host.

“I just heard my song on the radio for the first time & I’m eating an ice cream bigger than my face,” said Smith in an Instagram post.
