Scott Menz promoted to MD at Triple M Brisbane

Scott Menz is the new music director at Triple M Brisbane.

Scott has spent the past three years as EP for top rating Breakfast show The Big Breakfast with Marto, Robin and The Moonman.

He is also the assistant content director, a role that he will continue to perform, but Scott will also be working inside the new Triple M music hub as MD.

He’s previously worked as assistant music director for Nova 100, content/music director at Central Coast’s Star 104.3 and in operations at Triple M Adelaide.

“Scott works brilliantly with all personality types both on and off the air and enjoys a deep respect from all his team members,” says Triple M Brisbane CD Rex Morris.

“He has been an integral part of the show’s most recent record-breaking success, and so this promotion is richly deserved.”

Scott replaces Ben Wood, who moves to the role of operations manager at Triple M Melbourne.

His promotion is the latest in a string of movements within SCA following the launch of its new Music Hub.

Scott will finish his duties on The Big Breakfast at the end of the year.
