Tanya Simpson farewells NOVA Entertainment

A career chapter has closed for NOVA Entertainment’s brand partnerships director Tanya Simpson.

After 16 years with the company, Simpson has today ended her time with the broadcaster, admitting it “hurts a little”.

However, she says her heart is overflowing with love and gratitude for those she’s worked and who have made the journey so awesome.

NE’s chief marketing officer Tony Thomas has paid tribute to her passion and work ethic.

“Tanya has had an extraordinary career with Nova Entertainment. Over her 16 years with the business she was worked across two markets (Perth and Melbourne), five stations and worked alongside multiple on-air teams.

“Her role has extended across so many functions within NE that I don’t think there is a single person in our company, who hasn’t experienced her work ethic, her positivity, social conscience and most of her kindness.

“She has a passion for not only our business but the radio industry as a whole and her first thoughts are always the welfare of her team. We wish her well with the next exciting stage of her life.”

Prior to joining NE, Simpson also worked with ARN in Melbourne and Adelaide and says she’s super excited by what lies ahead. But in the meantime, she’s planning to hike the Camino Trail through Spain.
