“The shackles are off”

Early January Howard Sattler signalled his return. Today The Sattler Files made its debut online.

Positioned as a “new frontier in broadcasting”, The Sattler Files website offers a live stream, topical written articles from Howard, and other planned content areas such as podcasts.

Howard has made it pretty clear his intentions:

“The shackles are off this time. There’s no management stifling the commentary, there are no company men holding him back.

The Sattler Files is Howard Sattler unleashed. You may not agree with what he says but this is your chance to take a stand and be heard. This is internet radio done differently, with live interactive talkback and your opinions on social media. The Sattler Files is open to all-comers, anywhere, any time.”

Earlier this morning Howard invited listeners to call and join the discussion. The Sattler Files is live from 9am to 5pm Perth local time and features Howard, his wife Despene and Howard’s Army; led by Craig Hyde.

“It all happens from here, with the man who sets the agenda and has done so for more than two decades. Howard Sattler is back, at his outspoken best, stirring the pot and getting us talking.”

Once you locate the the stream in the small menu to the right, it featured a number of advertisers supporting the files, though the audio was a little hard to hear as highlighted by a number listeners on Facebook.
