Jerimiah Busniak is moving on from his creative producer role for 101.9 Fox FM’s Fifi, Fev & Byron breakfast team.

He’s heading to Brisbane for a image producer role with the Hit Network, undertaking station imaging for Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

Bryce Ruthven is leaving his ARN post to move to Gippsland’s TRFM to take up an on-air role (and pursue his passion in sports broadcasting).

The Jonesy and Amanda studio manager and announcer on The Edge 96One finishes up September 29.

‘It’s been fantastic working with one of the best breakfast shows in the country, add to that being on Sydney’s #1 station,” he said.

“I couldn’t thank Jonesy, Amanda and Charlie Fox enough for giving a guy from a regional market a shot in the big smoke!’

Lyn Barp has been appointed as Head of Local Sales for SCA’s Sydney office.

Lyn, who has been a part of the sales team at SCA & Austereo for the past 18 years, started in agency before moving her way over to direct where she was more recently a Group Sales Manager and then co-shared the Sales Director’s maternity cover in 2016.

Lyn will be leading a team of over 30 staff where she is responsible for managing revenue across metro radio, regional radio and digital assets.

David Lowe has been appointed as General Manager of Forever Classic 3GG, after joining the team 18 months ago as an Account Manager.

“I’m very excited at this opportunity to lead the 3GG team,” he said. “With a focus on our 40+ demographic, 3GG will continue to deliver compelling, entertaining content to our Gippsland and Latrobe Valley audience.”

Tahni Schaefer has been appointed the new Assistant Producer at Hit107’s Amos, Cat & Angus breakfast show in Adelaide, after finishing up as Evenings Producer on FIVEaa. Tahni had been with the station for five years in total, two of which were spent as Evenings Producer.

Abi Benaud has been appointed the new Executive Producer at Hit105’s Stav, Abby and Matty with Osher breakfast show in Brisbane, after finishing up as PR Executive at Australia Zoo. Abi was previously Senior Producer and Guest/Talent Producer at KIIS 106.5’s Kyle and Jackie O Show for three years.

Hit100.9 has today announced that Nicole Mitchell will join the on-air team in Hobart.

Nicole has been appointed Music Director and will take over the 12pm-3pm weekday slot.

Her on-air experience includes hosting a variety of shifts at Adelaide’s Fresh 92.7 and Nicole has experience in the air too, as part of Jetstar Australia’s Cabin Crew since last year.

Nicole commences mid-June and replaces Rosie Panetta who is now heard on 919 Nova in her hometown of Adelaide.

Allan Aldworth is now working for Triple M Great Southern.

Aldworth was previously the breakfast announcer for the Spirit Radio Network based out of Perth.

Mark Hales is now working for Nova Entertainment as their Podcast Operations Manager based at Nova Brisbane.
 
He was most recently Music Director and Morning Announcer at River 94.9 in Ipswich, Queensland.
 
Greg Wood is moving from drive at River to fill that role.

Tim Aquilina is confirmed as the new Content Director for MMM and Hit103.5 Cairns, following four years with Sea and Mix FM as ACD / Operations Manager on the Sunshine Coast. Tim is no stranger to SCA, after working with the company for almost a decade in multiple roles from CD of Central QLD, Group CD of Western Australia and was the 1st Hit Network MD. He starts in May.
