Friendly rivalry in NZ

TRN's New Zealand radio station ZM have started a new feature on their night show called 'Under The Covers'.

But while they prepare some cover versions, they have been putting two existing covers up against each other.

Rather than source covers done elsewhere in the world, they decided to showcase ones aired on their competitor, George FM (Mediaworks), performed during their feature 'Damn I Wish I Was Your Cover'.

One of the first ones was George FM's Six60 Rudimental cover, then ZM even put George's Daft Punk/Tahuna Breaks cover on their website, complete with a George FM Breakfast ad at the start of the clip.

George FM took to social media and also managed to get the ZM drive host to admit that her co-host is a big fan of George.
