Dean Buchanan heads home to NZ

ex-dmg Group PD Dean Buchanan is moving home to NZ and will become TRN's Chief Content Officer responsible for Audience.

Buchanan was responsible for the launch of the Nova brand. Since leaving in 2010 he has started Plus1, a talent management company with clients like Darren McMullen, host of The Voice, Mix 106.5's Sami Lukis and SCA's Dan Debuf.

CEO of TRN, Jane Hastings says:

“Not only has he had many international wins, he knows the New Zealand market well. His strengths lie in understanding audiences, getting the best out of people and creative outcomes, it’s a great combination."

Buchanan says:
