Byron Cooke moves into Fox workday

With Michael Christian moving into the anchor role of the new Today network drive show, Dan & Maz (who start this arvo), it left a gap in the Fox workday.

MC's replacement in the morning shift will be former Fifi & Jules anchor Byron Cooke.
