The Godfather of Adelaide radio returns

David Day is set to return to the Adelaide airwaves tomorrow morning from nine with a 4 week stint slated for Triple M.

David Day (Daisy), is considered the Godfather of Adelaide radio. He dominated  the Adelaide radio airwaves during the 70’s 80’s and 90’s on 5KA, SAFM and Triple M. Back in 2013 David released his autobiography ROCK JOCK.

In May Triple M Adelaide re-launched their format.  

Last week when speaking with RadioToday about the changes at SAFM, Craig Bruce said: "with the new Triple M breakfast show Roo and Ditts just starting in the last 3 or 4 weeks we are going to focus on 5MMM obviously with the change of format there. That’s certainly our focus from an above the line perspective in Adelaide for the next period of time."
