SCA have announced a new Content Director for 2Day FM.

NZME’s Matt Anderson is jumping the ditch to join the SCA flagship in Sydney.

Matt was the Network Content Director for the Hits in Auckland and prior, the Assistant Content Director for Youth Brands at NZME, which included Flava and ZM Networks. Matt was with the company for 11 years, starting in his teens and working his way through the ranks.

Current 2Day CD Irene Hulme will be moving into the newly created role of Network Head of Music and Entertainment Partnerships for The Hit Network.

Irene was instrumental in the launch of the Hit brand with Hit 107 in Adelaide and continued her work as the Content Director of 2DayFM with the creation of Hits and Old Skool and RnB Fridays.

SCA Chief Creative Officer Guy Dobson said,
“Irene will bring all of her considerable experience to this important role and will also be responsible for managing SCA’s music partnerships for the Hit Network alongside Vaughan Hobbs who is looking after Triple M.”

Matt will be on board from November 9, while Irene’s new role is effective immediately.
