Will Denton be back on radio in 2017?

Mediaweek has reported that Andrew Denton may be making a return to radio, as well as television.

Denton and former Nine CEO David Gyngell have reportedly been in talks with Nine about a Denton interview series.

Mediaweek reports the former Triple M Sydney breakfast host has been in talks with at least 2 major radio networks and may return to his ‘spiritual home’ Southern Cross Austereo. 

Denton spent many years at Triple M Sydney, and he is the sort of talent who could attract advertisers and listeners on a syndicated national program. It’s not known which time slot Denton is considering, or being considered for, or whether it would be a daily or weekly show.

Whatever the outcome, Andrew Denton back on radio would be an enticing prospect.
