Radio to get red wedding with a happy ending

A double-barrel announcement from the breakfast team at RED FM Perth, and both are life-changing.

After falling in love at work, Alana McLean and Robbie Klitzing have announced their engagement with Klitzing getting down on one knee at a Perth beach om the weekend.

McLean’s told Perth Now that the proposal came out of the blue.

“I genuinely didn’t think [a proposal] was about to happen when he said ‘let’s pop out for a while’.

“I thought we were heading out to get Chinese for dinner.”

But that’s not the couple’s only announcement.

They’re preparing to pack up and move to the other side of the country after landing jobs in Melbourne.

Klitzing is taking up a content assistant gig at Gold 104.3, while McLean will be heading over to Victoria next month once she finishes up as WA Racing ambassador.
