The Danny Lakey Show appoints Mikayla White as producer

Mikayla White has joined Triple M’s The Danny Lakey Show as a full-time producer.

The show goes to air across Southern Cross Austereo’s (SCA) Triple M network from 7pm tp 10pm on weeknights.

White has been a panel operator and radio presenter of Wednesday Brekkie with Mikayla and Liam on 3SER Casey Radio 97.7FM, a volunteer, non-commercial community station in the greater south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

She joined SCA as part of the street team in 2016 and has since been a producer on Trending 20 with Angus O’Loughlin, and Old School House Party with Tim Lee.

Most recently she’s been an office admin assistant in SCA’s Melbourne offices, as well as EA to the Fox content director and assistant head of the Triple M Network.

She emphasised the significance of her new job to Radio Today.

“To finally be given the opportunity to produce is extremely exciting,” she said. “For more than five years, I have been striving to reach this goal, and here it is, with a fun and cheeky show. I’m looking forward to the content Danny and I create as a team.”
